I recently had the privilege of staying at 4 Sur Hotel, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home. The standout feature of 4 Sur Hotel was undoubtedly their incredible staff. The level of friendliness and attentiveness displayed by each and every team member was truly heartwarming. It wasn't just about delivering a service; it was about making guests feel like a part of their extended family. Every request was met with a smile, and they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. One particular instance that truly touched my heart was their effort to accommodate my dietary constraints during breakfast. I mentioned my dietary preferences casually, and to my surprise, the kitchen staff prepared a special breakfast tailored to my needs every single morning. It wasn't just the food itself, but the thoughtfulness and care behind it that left a lasting impression. This level of personalized attention truly set 4 Sur Hotel apart. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself was a haven of comfort and elegance. The rooms were meticulously maintained, providing a serene and cozy environment to unwind after a day of exploring. As someone who has had the opportunity to travel extensively, I can confidently say that 4 Sur Hotel stands out not only for its amenities but for the genuine care and connection they establish with their guests.

Staff really are exceptional here, can’t do enough for you. All the usual you would expect on check in, restaurant etc. But above and beyond that - for example they stored our luggage for us whilst we went to the coffee triangle, and then as we were unwell upon our return they arranged for a taxi to drop it to the airport for us also so we could get to a connecting flight. We also had some clothes we wanted to donate, which they were more than happy to do for us. Room was really nice, exactly as in photos. Clean. Large, comfortable bed. Location good for what we wanted (near the bus station - 15 min walk).

This hotel in a "real" neighbourhood in Medellin, was comfortable, clean and friendly. The bed and sheets were top quality. The room was small, but had room to store our clothes and suitcases. The staff were excellent, and like so many others we have met in Colombia, very friendly. The neighbourhood is full of families going about their lives, with great fruit stands and grocery stores nearby. We walked everywhere, even back to Poblado to sample a restaurant we had missed the previous visit. An interesting neighbourhood.

The service was amazing from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean and neat. There where already 2 bottles of water provided. The breakfast was small but more then enough to start the day. The service was excellent. Even though they did not speak English very well. They made sure we could communicate. Arranging a taxi whenever we needed it. The location was amazing. Close to the metro station and only a few minutes by taxi away from the populair district El Poblado.

Downstairs next to the hotel is a supermarket and a small electronics store. I felt very comfortable and warmly welcomed throughout my seven days; I'll definitely be back.
